Café Rencontre and Other

Les Amies de l’allaitement de la Matawinie offer meetings called café-rencontre-allaitement Friday mornings, from 9:00am to 11:00am.

These meetings take place at Anglican Hall (3569 Rue Metcalfe). Everyone is welcome; pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers who have one or more children (older children are welcome) as well as their spouse or another member of their family. The room is arranged so that older children can play safely while being with his or her parent or parents.

It's in a friendly environment that we tackle various subjects concerning breastfeeding and family life (certain subjects are proposed by les Amies de l’allaitement de la Matawinie and others are at the request of the participants). The cafés-rencontres-allaitementis an occasion to get together to discuss different things, to give each other tips and/or references and to develop a social network of friends.
